Anton Page has poached a Cluttons agent to lead its new residential department.
Will Swinburn joins the niche City agent to head up its residential sales, lettings and new homes teams across Clerkenwell, Shoreditch and the City fringe.
He will be based at the company’s head office at 21 Pear Tree Street, EC1.
Anton Page’s decision to launch a residential division follows that of rival City fringe agent Hatton Real Estate, which established its own resi team earlier this year.
