Niche City firm Boon Godbold has merged with Equipe Real Estate Advisers.
The new firm, which will be called BBG Real Estate Advisers, will cover the City, City fringe, Midtown, Southbank and Docklands in occupational agency, capital markets, professional and management.
Clients include Berenberg Bank, AXA REIM, Cardinal Lysander, Palmer Capital Partners, MediaMind, The Economist Group, Renaissance Capital and BGC Partners.
Partner Giles Godbold said: “We are delighted with this merger, which we believe considerably broadens the skills we can offer our existing clients and gives us an opportunity to grow out business by offering independent specialist advice as an alternative to the large multi-national firms.”
The three partners of BBG are Giles Godbold, John Boon and Tom Boggis.
