Britain’s biggest nightclub operator has filed a notice of its intention to appoint administrators.
Deltic, which runs 52 venues, had appointed BDO to run a sale of the business in October. It is now likely to be sold via a pre-pack administration.
Rekon, Scandinavia’s biggest late-night operator, is thought to be the front runner.
Deltic has not been able to open its venues since the start of the first lockdown in March.
