Merseyside town Bootle has broken the 5% yield barrier for the first time.
Nightingale Estates, advised by Cushman & Wakefield, has sold the 80,000 sq ft Magdalen House to local investor Moorfields Properties, for £9.6m, a 4.75% yield.
