Birmingham-based retail specialist BWD has been appointed retail letting agent on Nikal’s £600m Masshouse and Hive developments in the city’s Eastside area.
The developments are mainly residential – providing more than 300 flats – but have ground-floor shops of as much as 5,950 sq ft.
The shops front on to Moor Street Queensway, the A47, Albert Street and the newly created pedestrian promenade between Masshouse and Hive.
