Nike just does it in Gretna

Orchard Street Investment Management has secured Nike Factory Store at Gretna Gateway outlet village at Gretna in the Scottish Borders.

Nike Factory Store will occupy an 8,000 sq ft shop.

Other tenants at the outlet village include GAP, Marks and Spencer, Austin Reed, Reebok, Game and Cadbury.

Orchard Street acquired the 125,000 sq ft Gretna Gateway outlet village in October 2006.

Andrew Jenkins, asset manager at Orchard Street, said: “Nike is a high-quality operator and further endorses Gretna Gateway’s trading potential.

“The letting adds a further premium store to the already strong tenant mix at Gretna and we look forward to the opening of this new store.

“Our recent investment in re-branding the centre is also continuing to attract other high-profile fashion brands.”
