The sports apparel giant’s new home is to be an 11-storey, 175,000 sq ft building known as S1 on Handyside Street.
Situated behind Granary Square, the Mossessian Architecture-designed building is due to complete this year.
Nike is currently based in 35,000 sq ft at Film House on Wardour Street, W1, where its lease runs out next year. The building has planning approval to be redeveloped into a hotel.
