Carisbrooke Investments has been given the go-ahead for the £100m Haverhill research park in Hanchett End, Suffolk.
The park will comprise 450,000 sq ft of research and business space, 150 homes, a hotel, restaurant and day nursery.
Work on site will begin early next year.
