Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge have secured planning for a new 120,000 sq ft logistics facility in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
The £40m development at the five-acre AIM scheme is targeting an EPC rating of A+ and will have sustainable elements throughout.
Will Jarman, associate director at Wrenbridge and development manager for AIM, said: “This will be a fantastic facility, located minutes from the A1(M), for a local business to grow into or provide a new home for occupiers seeking best space with excellent travel times north and south.”
Construction of the new facility is expected to complete in Q4 2025
