Nolan Redshaw appointed joint letting agent on The Rock

  Hammerson has appointed Bury-based Nolan Redshaw as joint letting agent on The Rock, its retail and leisure scheme in the Lancashire town, in a bid to bring local occupiers to the development.   Nolan Redshaw will work alongside existing agents CB Richard Ellis and GCW to target local and regional occupiers.   The 506,000 sq ft scheme is anchored by Debenhams and Marks & Spencer.   daniel.cunningham@estatesgazette.com
