Hermes’ and Co-Operative Group’s 4m sq ft NOMA regeneration scheme in Manchester has received planning consent for two major office towers.
Together, 2 and 3 Angel Square will offer around 534,000 sq ft of offices above 17,000 sq ft of shops.
The towers range from 10 to 13 storeys, with plant rooms on top and car parks below.
Preliminary designs (as shown) were created by AHR Architects.
