Manchester Place and NOMA have revealed plans for a 500-home parkside development on 2.4 acres next to Angel Meadow Park.
Manchester Place is a government partnership formed to identify priority areas for housing and support development. NOMA is a joint venture between the Co-op and Hermes Investment Management, which is bringing forward the 20-acre NOMA project.
Colliers International is acting for NOMA.
