Norges Bank Investment Management has bought the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Financial Centre, at 2 King Edward Street, EC1, from GIC for £582.5m.
The 585,000 sq ft office complex occupies a 3.2-acre freehold site in the City.
The building is fully let to Bank of America Merril Lynch.
Strutt and Parker is believed to be advising Norges.
