Plans to transform a 3-acre site opposite the
Norseman will submit plans for a £150m central business district gateway to the city’s Castleward area in September. The TP Bennett-designed, 400,000 sq ft scheme, which will be built on the site of the Speeds motor dealership, will comprise six buildings centred on a public piazza.
It is being targeted at national government departments and private corporate occupiers. Colliers CRE and local agent Salloway & Co are advising Norseman.
