Stonebridge Park, Liverpool Land Development Company’s 360,000 sq ft business park in North Liverpool, this week won consent for the development of the 29ha site on the A580 East Lancashire Road, at Gilmoss, which will be built by preferred developers St Modwen and Key Property.
Cass Associates will masterplan the industrial and office scheme.
Work will start on site this autumn, with completion due in 2006.
