CBRE and Gent Visick have been instructed to market an 18-acre shed site with planning consent for a mixed-use regeneration scheme in Pannal, North Yorkshire.
Located on Station Road and bordering the A61 opposite Pannal railway station, the site was formerly home to the Dunlopillo Latex Foam Factory.
It is currently used as a multi-tenanted industrial facility but full vacant possession will be available by September 2016.
Outline planning consent has been granted to demolish the existing buildings and build homes, offices and shops.
A care home element has already been sold to Vida Healthcare, which will start building a care facility next year.
A new access point will be constructed on an additional area of pasture land off the A61.
Pannal is a rural village 13 miles north of Leeds.
CBRE and Gent Visick are seeking offers subject to planning by 22 January.
