Boots the Chemist is to open its second drive-through pharmacy in the UK at British Land’s St James Retail Park in Northampton.
The 4,500 sq ft unit will open in May this year and follows on from Boots’ first foray into the drive-through market at the Tollgate Centre in Colchester.
Terms of the deal were undisclosed, however, British Land has confirmed that it wants to be innovative in terms of tenant mix at the 1980s-built, 170,000 sq ft scheme located on Towcester Road.
