Northcliffe House, the 16,815 sq m (181,000 sq ft) former Daily Mail and Evening Standard headquarters, in Tudor Street, EC4, has been fully prelet.
Law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has taken the remaining 6,689 sq m (72,000 sq ft) of office space. It is thought agent Jones Lang LaSalle quoted around £484 per sq m (£45 per sq ft). Knight Frank advised Freshfields.
