Private equity firm Northwood Investors LLC is to acquire Highcross Strategic Advisers, while affiliates of Northwood will buy a portfolio of U.K. office buildings and warehouses from funds formerly managed by Highcross.
The purchase price for the portfolio, which comprises 7.1 million square feet, is £635 million.
