Lothbury Property Trust has attracted another major Norwich city-centre occupier to its 80-acre out-of-town Broadland Business Park.
Household repairs group Homeserve Emergency Services has taken a prelet of a 30,000 sq ft headquarters for 250 staff, who will move from Cathedral House and Horsefair House.
It has also signed an option on an adjacent 10,000 sq ft office. Broadland is home to Norwich Union, which in 2003 took a 75,000 sq ft call centre.
Knight Frank and Roche acted for Lothbury. Ian Thorburn Commercial advised Homeserve.
