Water Court, a 1,560 sq m (16,786 sq ft) office building on Canal Street, Nottingham, has been sold to clients of ASO Property Services for £1.925m. The building is let to the Secretary of State for the Environment at £190,000 pa.
Stanford Webster acted for the vendor, an overseas fund.
