Law firm Potter Clarkson has signed Nottingham’s largest office deal this year which will see the attorney relocate to the Belgrave Centre in Nottingham.
Potter Clarkson has taken 45,000 sq ft of office space at a rent believed to be around £13 per sq ft on a 10-year lease. The building is owned by Nottingham Trent University and located off Talbot Street. It is occupied by the Government Office for the East Midlands. GOEM will shortly vacate the offices and the building will be refurbished.
Potter Clarkson will move into the building in mid-2012.
The firm employs 140 staff in the city with a turnover of £20m pa. It will relocate from three buildings in The Ropewalk area.
