Nutravita has signed a 10-year lease at M&G’s Pearce Building in Maidenhead.
The pharma firm will occupy 7,434 sq ft of space on the fourth floor of the building.
Paul Crosbie, manager of M&G’s UK value-add activities, said: “The Pearce Building has some of the strongest sustainability credentials in the Thames Valley, with an EPC A and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. The focus on sustainability from occupiers and investors alike has led to a rise in demand for green assets, which are commanding premium rents and pricing.
“Our valu-add team continue to seek similar opportunities to acquire and reposition well-located assets which we can futureproof for our occupiers’ needs.”
A cost for the site was not disclosed, but market sources have identified an asking price of around £39 per sq ft.
DTRE advised M&G on the deal.
