O&H Properties (O&H) is to sell The Hempel Hotel in Craven Hill Gardens, W2, off a guide price of £12.5m.
The Hempel, opened in 1997 by Anoushka Hempel, was acquired by O&H in 2003.
The sale includes the hotel, restaurant and other facilities housed within a total of 5 buildings, as well as the Hempel Garden Square.
There is also an option to purchase six associated flats close to the hotel off a guide price of £4m.
The gross internal area of the hotel is around 41,560 sq ft.
Eli Shahmoon, director of O&H, said: “O&H is predominantly a property investor/developer. We have a number of new initiatives under way and feel now is an appropriate time to disinvest from The Hempel in order to concentrate on our core activity.”
Knight Frank is marketing the property.
