Colette O’Shea, head of the estates department at the Mercers’ Company, is to join Land Securities’ development team in August.
She was responsible for managing and developing a mixed-use portfolio in Covent Garden and the City.
At Land Securities, she will work on its larger medium-term projects in Victoria and the City and on any West End retail development initiatives.
