Grosvenor Fund Management has confirmed a subsidiary of O2 arena owner AEG has taken space at Almack House, SW1, as revealed by Egi last month.
Anshutz Sports Holdings had taken the ground and lower ground floor totalling 18,700 sq ft at 28 King Street from Grosvenor London Office fund, on a 10-year lease with a five-year break option.
Quoting rents are £39.50 and £59.50 per sq ft respectively. The move is providing the AEG subsidiary with extra space to complement its headquarters at the O2 in Greenwich.
Montagu Evans acted for the tenant; DTZ and H2SO advised Grosvenor.
