Oakley Capital lands at Sixty Sloane

Bain Capital and CIT have let 23,503 sq ft to Oakley Capital on the first floor of their 91,125 sq ft Sixty Sloane development in Chelsea.

Oakley Capital, a pan-European private equity firm specialising in technology, education, consumer and business services investments, has renewed its long-term commitment to Chelsea, signing a new 15-year lease at the building at 60 Sloane Avenue, SW3.

The rent achieved is undisclosed but, according to EG Radius data, average office rents in Chelsea have reached around £56 per sq ft this year.

The third floor has already been let to Arrow Shipping, taking the building to almost 60% let or under offer.

CBRE and Savills advised Bain and CIT; Newmark and NCM Projects acted jointly for Oakley Capital.
