Oaktree Capital Management and CompassRock International have agreed a £120m build-to-rent deal with Crest Nicholson.
Oaktree has formed a strategic partnership with CompassRock International, which will asset manage the portfolio through delivery, stabilisation and long-term operations.
The partners have purchased 403 flats across three schemes in Farnham, Southampton and Walton-on-Thames.
The schemes are all under construction, with the first homes to complete at Brightwells Yard in Farnham. In Southampton, The Tower at Centenary Quay (pictured) will follow, with the final homes completed at Walton Court Gardens in the summer of 2023.
The deal from Crest Nicholson’s partnerships and strategic land division follows similar sales to Man GPM and Angelo Gordon.
