Oaktree has won the latest two portfolios of loans from NAMA, projects Emerald and Ruby.
The Irish Times has reported the US private equity firm as beating its rivals in the last round, Cerberus and Lone Star.
Originally the announcement of the winner of the €4.7bn (£3.7bn) par value portfolios was to be made in Friday.
