Oasis and Warehouse will close permanently after a rescue attempt floundered.
The stock and intellectual property has been sold to Hilco, a former owner of HMV, but all of its 90 stores and 437 concessions will remain close when the lockdown lifts. More than 1,800 people have been made redundant.
