Ober-Haus Real Estate Co, the Baltic region’s biggest property agency, opens its first offices in Poland on September 25. The agency, part of the Ober-Haus Group headed by Paul Oberschneider, will open two bases in Krakow, southern Poland, and plans to open in three more Polish cities within a year.
Krakow’s offices will employ eleven property agents serving both commercial and residential markets, and provide certified property valuations.
Ober-Haus Real Estate Agency has 13 offices in the Baltic region and has over 130 property professionals working in the industry. According to Oberschneider: “We are providing service in markets that are either underserved or where the large multinationals focus only on a small foreign segment.”
