Manchester-based OBI Property has been appointed to advise professional services firm Bureau Veritas on its UK property portfolio.
The portfolio totals 77,400 sq ft of commercial buildings in Manchester, London, Belfast, Glasgow, Birmingham and Aberdeen.
OBI will provide a strategic tenant advisory service focusing on lease renewals, rent reviews, relocations and building surveying.
Bureau Veritas offers bespoke solutions to clients in the areas of compliance in quality, health and safety, environment and social accountability. It operates from more than 20 locations across the UK.
