Simon Harding, chief operating officer at Lee Baron, the specialist property management and professional services company, died at the end of October following a long-term illness.
Harding joined Lee Baron in 2007 and was responsible for changing the business from a management company to a multi-disciplinary operation working in all sectors of the property industry.
A born entrepreneur, before joining Lee Baron Harding was chief executive of Gainsborough Serviced Offices, now part of Regus.
Harding was also chief executive of Circle Offices and brought with him a wealth of knowledge gained from his time at Gainsborough Serviced Offices. He was widely respected throughout the industry and will be sorely missed by his co-directors and the team at Longcroft House.
