The occupancy level at The Place in Maidenhead has climbed from 50% to 90% in the past six months.
IT firm Astea UK taking 2,911 sq ft, and Alfesco Software taking an extra 5,241 sq ft, are among new lettings at the 25,258 sq ft building. The quoting rent is £27.50 per sq ft.
Rob Thain, director of Vantage Asset Management, which owns the property, said: “An increasing number of tenants are looking to upgrade their office accommodation in key South East locations, provided that the right conditions are in place. Demand is prevalent for high-quality buildings in the best M4 towns.”
