Creditors have blocked an Oddbins management-led rescue plan that involved a company voluntary arrangement (CVA).
The company’s managing director, Simon Baile, said a proposed CVA would have been approved if HM Revenue & Customs had not opposed it. It is thought Deloitte will be formally appointed administrator on Monday.
