Odey Asset Management has moved out of its Mayfair office to a serviced office a few hundred yards down the road.
Its headquarters at 18 Upper Brook Street, W1, which boasted floor-to-ceiling wine racks, were where company founder Crispin Odey held sway before he was ousted following allegations of sexual assault and sexual harassment.
The firm, which managed £3.8bn of client assets as of last September, has now moved to a serviced office at 64 North Row, W1.
The new premises are run by One Avenue, which describes them on its website as “luxury” and “state of the art”.
The firm has been forced to downsize and break itself up after allegations against Odey between 1998 and 2021 made by 13 women. Another six women made further allegations against him last month. He has denied any wrongdoing but was forced out in June.
The leasehold of the Upper Brook Street headquarters is still owned by Odey. According to Land Registry records, Crispin Odey owns the property through two holding companies, both of which still list their registered address on Companies House as Upper Brook Street.
