Executive headhunter Odgers Berndtson agreed to take the 40,000 sq ft 20 Cannon Street, EC4, for its new HQ.
The firm has agreed to pay landlords Allied London and Aerium around £50 per sq ft for the building.
Odgers Berndston chief executive Richard Boggis-Rolfe said: “Following a decade of growth we are excited to be moving to a contemporary building where we have more space and are the sole tenant.”
The group is consolidating from three offices in the West End and City.
