Office supplies company Options 123 has signed for 15,000 sq ft (1,394 sq m) at the 105-acre (42.5ha) Express Park, Bridgwater, Somerset.
Options 123 is paying £5.61 per sq ft (£60.39 per sq m).
Geoff Revell, director of Express Park Development Company, said that he expects to announce a further prelet of 120,000 sq ft (11,149 sq m) of B8 shortly.
Existing occupiers include Exel, which operates a regional distribution centre for the NHS and Chickmaster, a US-based manufacturer of incubation systems.
The park’s total developable space extends to 1.5m sq ft (139,350 sq m) of industrial/distribution space and 330,000 sq ft (30,657 sq m) of offices.
