Officers Club has signed up for Dusco and CSC’s Victoria Shopping Centre in Nottingham and set a new record Zone A rent for the centre at £173 per sq ft.
The retailer has taken a 15-year lease at £125,000. The 158 sq m (1,700 sq ft) unit is on the lower mall, opposite the Jessops department store.
Paragon Ladieswear has also broken the previous Zone A record. It has taken an 81 sq m (869 sq ft) unit in the lower mall, again for a 15-year term at £81,500 pa – £156 Zone A.
Dusco holds an 80% stake in the centre, CSC holds the remaining 20%.
Lunson Mitchenall and Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are joint agents for the centre.
