Private equity firm Carlyle Group and developer Bellhouse Joseph have submitted plans for a 90,000 sq ft office block on one of the City’s most historic sites.
The 10-storey building, designed by Ken Shuttleworth’s Make, will be developed opposite Monument – the 202ft

The building has been designed so that Monument will act as a sundial with hour markers incorporated into the landscape of the roof terrace.
