Old Park Lane Management has named a former JLL director as its new head of property management.
David Gardiner will join the investment company in November, tasked with overseeing the management of assets including the 20 Ropemaker scheme in the City of London.
Gardiner is currently director of property and asset management at JLL. In his new role he will report to James Cooksey, who joined from the Crown Estate as chief executive earlier this year.
Old Park Lane Management has more than 1.5m sq ft of assets in central London, of which 20 Ropemaker is the largest project under construction.
