A former north London toy factory has been sold to a children’s charity, which will use the building for its own occupation.
The Anna Freud Centre has bought largely vacant office building 4-8 Rodney Street, N1, for £7.5m.
The 11,942 sq ft property has scope for further development.
Deloitte Real Estate advised the vendor; DTZ represented the buyer.
