Miller Developments and CTP have been awarded the contract to redevelop 13,935 sq m (150,000 sq ft) in Oldham town centre
Manchester-based Miller Developments and CTP aim to complete the first phase of the redevelopment by spring 2001. The site on South Union Street will feature a multiplex, a nightclub and restaurants.
Oldham council had awarded the contract to Farrho Developments., but the deal collapsed after both parties failed to agree on changes to the project put forward during the planning process.
