OLIM orders another pub round

pintsTHUMB.jpegOLIM Property has paid £9.7m for seven Stonegate pubs, adding to the 15 that OLIM purchased in June 2014 for £28.27m.

The investment manager bought the seven pubs for its discretionary pension fund. The purchase price represents an initial yield of 7.53%.

Tenants include two Yates Wine Bars and five unbranded pubs on an indexed 25- year lease.

The properties, in Bournemouth, Cleethorpes, Leigh, Luton, Prestatyn and Selby, bring in a total rent of just under £773,000.

Kitchen La Frenais Morgan and Shepherd and Wedderburn acted for the purchasers; Coffer Corporate Leisure and Charles Russell Speechlys acted for the vendors.
