Architectural interior design company Oliver Burns is looking to enter the development arena.
The group is close to finishing its Walpole Mayfair project at 4-5 Arlington Street, W1, and is actively looking for new sites to develop.
Walpole Mayfair consists of five luxury flats and is expected to complete in December.
Managing director Joe Burns said: “We’re exploring the Mayfair and St James area as we see it as untapped. We are looking at listed buildings and a number of projects such as a building containing 20 apartments, which we may convert back to its original structure, as well as a number of other private residences.”
Burns hopes to achieve a sales price of around £3,000 per sq ft at Walpole Mayfair.
