Solicitors McKenna & Co have confirmed that they are to be the tenants of Greycoat’s refurbishment at 20 Kingsway, WC2, which totals 18,895 sq ft, including 1,495 sq ft of storage.
Asking rent through Baker Harris Saunders was £325,000. However, it is understood that the developers are to air-condition the building for the tenants and that the rent will be adjusted.
Jones Lang Wootton are acting for the tenants and the deal is in solicitors’ hands.
