One Nine Elms plans go public

Green Properties and CIT will put their plans for One Nine Elms in Vauxhall out for public consultation this week.

Site owner Green Properties and its development partner CIT plan to redevelop the 22-storey Market Towers office building on the corner of Nine Elms Lane and Wandsworth Road as a mixed-use scheme. It will include hundreds of homes, a hotel and a public square with shops, restaurants and cafés.

The plans will be on public display on Thursday 15 September and Saturday 17 September at the Market Towers building, before a planning application is submitted to Wandsworth council later this year.

The site is located within the Vauxhall, Nine Elms, Battersea Opportunity Area – an industrial district of south London which is earmarked for regeneration as a residential and business quarter.
