OnTheMarket has added 3,000 estate agent offices to its paying contracts listing their residential properties on the online portal.
It follows an announcement in September that the portal had transferred 2,346 offices to paid contracts.
The portal currently lists more than 12,500 offices. This is an increase from 5,500 when it listed on the stock exchange in February 2018.
OnTheMarket said the majority of offices that joined in the period had signed up under short-term introductory free trials.
Chief executive Ian Springett said: “This has been achieved during a period of challenging trading conditions for UK agents and the traditional seasonal downtown in market activity.
“Our continued progress in attracting more agents to support the portal and our early success in attracting housebuilders give us encouragement as we focus on achieving our key objectives for the coming year.”
