OnTheMarket has partnered with Instant Offices to bolster flexible office space listings.
The move comes amid rising demand from agents operating in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Under the deal, OnTheMarket will host just under 4,000 listings across England, Scotland and Wales, covering co-working, serviced offices and other forms of flex space.
Instant Offices will list exclusively as the only commercial property broker on the site without interfering with traditionally leased office stock.
