The Competition Appeal Tribunal is set to hold a preliminary meeting next week regarding cases brought by Agents’ Mutual against two estate agents.
Agents’ Mutual, the parent company of the OnTheMarket.com property portal, is suing Gascoigne Halman and Moginie James, alleging they broke the terms of an agreement with OnTheMarket.com by listing on both the Rightmove and Zoopla websites.
The High Court referred the cases to the tribunal.
